Do you offer reloading services?

No, we do not. If you send brass for reloading we are happy to send it back to you for the cost of shipping, if not we are happy to add your brass to our scrap bin. Brass sent in and left for more than 30 days will be scrapped, sorry.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Payments are made directly online via Credit Card, We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal Payments.

When will my order ship?

Orders will usually ship same or next business day. Yes, You will receive an email with the tracking information.

How do I get in contact with USPS or UPS?

We hate to hear when there are package problems, however, once we ship it is in the hands of the delivery experts. We have no control over or way to change a package once it leaves our facility.

When can I request load data from my load pack?

After purchase 100 rounds (5 boxes) of the same load from any of the three load stages you can request the load data for your new found load.
