Shipping And Insurance
All packages ship from our warehouse in Rosebud, MO. We relinquish all rights once the package has left our facility and entered the possession of the freight carrier. If the package is lost in transit, we will assist in submitting a claim with UPS. Once that claim is paid (can take up to 90 days) then we will replace your shipment or refund your original purchase price up to $100 (this is UPS’ maximum for an uninsured package). We cannot replace your package until the process is complete and we do not refund the original shipping and handling.
If you choose to insure your shipment during checkout and your package is lost in transit we will immediately replace or refund your full purchase amount less shipping and handling.
Cancelled Orders
A order that is cancelled after being placed on our website, will be eligible for a refund minus 5% for administrative fees. This covers the credit card charges when you place the order and then again when your transaction is refunded.
Order’s that are cancelled AFTER being ready for shipping will be eligible for a refund minus 30% for administrative fees.
There are no exceptions to these fees.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to Regulations beyond our control, we do not accept returns of ammunition for any reason once the ammunition has shipped. If you have any issues, please contact us.
Modified cases and OAL gauges are returnable for 30 days from purchase. They must be received in saleable condition and will be eligible for a refund minus 30% for administrative fees. Shipping and handling fees, in either direction, are not refundable.
Storage Fees
Component Storage
Component storage will be charged monthly. Storage is $10.95 per month, Items received between the 1st and 14th of the month will be charged the following month. Items received between the 15th and 31st of the month will be charged starting on the 1st of the NEXT month.
Firearm Storage
Firearm storage will be charged monthly. The fee for storage is $29.95 per firearm, Items received between the 1st and 14th of the month will be charged the following month. Items received between the 15th and 31st of the month will be charged starting on the 1st of the NEXT month.
